Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Inciwell Shopify app and website, provided by KONSTANTINOS KATSINARIS L.P. ("Inciwell"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Contact: inciwell@gmail.com.

The service. Inciwell helps you organize and display product-safety information for EU markets, including manufacturer and responsible-person details, ingredient (INCI) lists with fragrance-allergen flagging, and warnings, and shows them on your storefront.

No legal advice. Inciwell helps you organize and display product information. It does not provide legal advice, and completing these fields does not by itself ensure regulatory compliance. Review requirements with a qualified professional. Any regulatory dates or summaries shown are for context only, not advice. Warning presets are editable examples — review them before use.

Your data and ownership. Your product-safety content is stored in your own Shopify store and belongs to you. You can export it at any time, and it remains with your store if you uninstall the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Billing. Paid plans are billed through Shopify (Shopify App Pricing). You can change or cancel your plan through Shopify.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the app, attempt to break its security, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimer of warranties. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will cause your products to meet any regulation.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid us for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination. You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
